100 Voices
100 Voices is an experiment in listening first.
It brings together real people, clinicians, charities, healthcare and life sciences organisations to understand what people want, where current information falls short, and how trusted education could work better.
This is a pioneering, collaborative way of working; designed to reduce duplication, rebuild trust in healthcare as a whole, and reflect the reality people actually live in.

How to record your contribution
100 Voices exists to reflect real experiences, in real words, from real people.
There is no script. No performance. No expectation of perfection. Your voice matters as it is.
Please do:
Find a quiet space
Face a window or light source if possible
Hold your phone at eye level
Speak naturally, as if to one person
Pause, reflect, and take your time
Please don't:
Add music
Use filters
Read from a script
Re-record repeatedly to “get it right”
Honesty matters more than polish.

Problem
Duplication without impact
In the UK today, dozens of organisations, spanning healthcare, consumer health, digital health, charities and big pharma independently produce perimenopause and menopause information for the public.
Independent reviews and public reports consistently show that:
• Core educational themes are highly duplicated across platforms
• Engagement with digital menopause content is low and inconsistent
• People struggle to identify information they trust, return to, or act on
• Lived experience and contextual support are often missing, because they do not translate easily into traditional performance metrics
The result is:
• Repeated investment in similar material
• Fragmented trust
• Limited shared learning about what genuinely helps people
The Human Reality
People do not experience menopause as “content”
They experience it as:
• confusion
• inconsistency
• uncertainty about what to trust
• a sense that no one is really listening
At the same time, organisations repeatedly fund similar material, cannot see beyond their
own channels, and struggle to collaborate safely without introducing bias or risk.
